SUPPLIER

We only source goods and services from reliable suppliers. They must comply with the relevant laws and comply with all necessary requirements for suppliers. According to the planned process, suppliers are selected, evaluated, and continuously inspected, and timely measures are taken according to the supplier's ability performance to ensure the conformity of products and processes.

PRODUCT PROTECTION

The whole process of product receipt, release and delivery is carried out in accordance with international, national and industry packaging specifications, storage environment, and logistics and transshipment standards. Personalized packaging can be customized according to customer needs to provide a full range of logistics services.

SERVICE SYSTEM

Establish a customer service system, according to the customer service concept, set up professional engineers, standardized customer service processes, clear service quality standards, and strict customer service assessment mechanisms to ensure that pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale customer needs are met.

COMPLAINT HANDLING

We view customer complaints as opportunities for improvement. We have a complete complaint management process, collect and classify feedback from internal and external sources, use the method of failure cause analysis to find the root cause and take appropriate measures to correct and prevent it.
